the UNDERDOGS CLUB

We love the people who refuse to give up, the Weary, Warriors, & the Underdogs.

What is Underdogs Club?

  • Underdogs Club is a mental health support group for individuals who follow Jesus. It is based off of peer support & group coaching.

Each meeting we commit to seeking prayer, adding tools to our mental health toolkit, & taking inventory of our weekly successes & downfalls. We hold space to voice frustration because we are not alone in this fight, and neither are you.

  • Underdogs Club is for anyone who wants to work on their mental health. Individuals who have come in the past include, those who are currently struggling, those who are waiting to be seen by a therapists, those who are looking for community who “get it”, those who want a place to maintain their mental wellness, & those who are supporting individuals who may be in crisis.

  • Each Club is a little bit different, but typically clubs last between 1.5 - 2 hours.

  • We highly recommend underdogs come each week, however we know how hard it can be to show up to things when you’re mental health is struggling. We have a private online platform for each Underdogs Club location so if you do need to take a week off, you won’t miss out on any of the content

Underdogs Community online

Our Underdogs community serves as a sanctuary for those supporting individuals & individuals themselves who struggle with their mental health. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus, the Underdogs Community offers a nurturing environment where supporters & individuals find solace, understanding, and encouragement in their journey alongside their loved ones.

Within the Underdogs Community, you'll discover various support channels, discussion forums, and practices tailored specifically for each to do alongside those they're supporting. Our focus is on equipping ourselves with the practices and tools needed to effectively navigate the complexities of supporting someone with mental health adversities.
