Mosaic Church is partnering with us to host Speak Out’s Trauma Cohort. This program will be run from March 15th - May 24th

Our Trauma cohort focuses on strategies to maintain a grounded, non anxious presence after experiencing adverse experiences. This cohort will cover topics like grounding techniques, mindfulness practices, narrative therapy, & learning the power of agency.

This cohort is open to anyone 18+.
