THIS WORKSHOP EXAMINES THE CRUCIAL LINK BETWEEN HEALTHY BOUNDARIES, SELF-CARE, AND LONG-TERM EFFECTIVENESS IN MINISTRY, USING JESUS'S LIFE AS A MODEL. WE WILL EXPLORE HOW JESUS PRIORITIZED HIS OWN WELL-BEING WHILE SERVING OTHERS AND DISCUSS PRACTICAL WAYS TO ESTABLISH HEALTHY BOUNDARIES IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE AND MINISTRY. PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN STRATEGIES FOR PROTECTING THEIR TIME, ENERGY, AND EMOTIONAL RESOURCES, SO THEY CAN SERVE FAITHFULLY WITHOUT EXPERIENCING BURNOUT.

IN ADDITION TO BOUNDARIES, THIS WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS THE IMPORTANCE OF HOLISTIC SELF-CARE FOR MAINTAINING LEADERSHIP STAMINA. WE WILL LOOK AT NURTURING PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH, AND DISCOVER PRACTICAL WAYS TO INCORPORATE SELF-CARE INTO DEMANDING SCHEDULES. PARTICIPANTS WILL LEAVE WITH A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON HOW PRIORITIZING THEIR WELL-BEING IS NOT ONLY IMPORTANT, BUT NECESSARY FOR A FRUITFUL AND SUSTAINABLE MINISTRY.
