MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION FOR THE LOCAL CHURCH
WE’RE A NONPROFIT DEDICATED TO LOVING JESUS, CARING FOR THOSE BATTLING MENTAL ILLNESS, AND EDUCATING THE CHURCH ON TRAUMA INFORMED APPROACHES.
Our mission is centered on practicing the way of Jesus and learning to love as He loves. We believe in the equal importance of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health, and this holistic approach guides our work. We equip churches and ministries with mental health tools through workshops, provide ongoing support to individuals through coaching and Underdogs Clubs. We actively work to break the stigma surrounding mental health within the church. Underpinning all of our efforts is a commitment to seeking Jesus through prayer, Scripture, and spiritual formation.

“
UNDERDOGS CLUB HAS BEEN A LIFELINE. AS SOMEONE WHO STRUGGLES WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION, I USED TO FEEL ALONE. BUT THIS GROUP CHANGED EVERYTHING. IT'S A SAFE SPACE TO BE HONEST AND VULNERABLE, LEARN COPING SKILLS, AND CONNECT WITH OTHERS WHO UNDERSTAND. THE BLEND OF PSYCHOLOGY AND FAITH IS REFRESHING AND HAS HELPED ME FIND HOPE AND HEALING. I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT.
